As the sole designer for the Galatasaray Sport Club mobile app, you led the end-to-end creation of a comprehensive digital experience tailored to a massive, diverse fan base. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and development partners, you established a robust, scalable design system in Figma to manage complex user flows spanning live match updates, ticketing, loyalty rewards, and financial services. By prioritizing clear information architecture and predictable interaction patterns, you built a strong foundational structure that ensures the app remains fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even during peak, high-traffic match moments.

Visually, your work successfully balances Galatasaray’s bold, iconic red and yellow brand identity with optimal usability. You achieved this by anchoring the vibrant primary colors with a carefully crafted palette of muted neutrals and designing distinct, tailored light and dark modes for perfect readability in any environment. From adaptive headers and dynamic match-stat timelines to content-rich UI cards, every component was meticulously designed with a clear visual hierarchy and consistent spacing. Ultimately, your cohesive design system delivers an energetic yet highly functional mobile ecosystem that meets the practical needs of the fans while setting the club up for future digital growth.
